Director Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
The Director of Marketing & E-Commerce should be a creative, team player, results oriented and able to prioritize and multitask.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce
• Set up Brand’s e-commerce website in partnership with Paris HQ and external partners
Content Management
• Manage website local content
• Social network management in collaboration with PR department
• Work closely with the Paris based Global Online Communications Manager to manage and update Brand dot com local content
Online marketing
• Partner with US Communications dept and online marketing agency to promote the brand among the US online community
E-CRM
• Create and manage an effective online customer relationship management program
Other
• Graphic design duties and all other web-related initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director of Communications
• SEO knowledge and skills
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years experience in online marketing
Experience in setting up website and E-commerce operations
Experience and knowledge of CMS systems
Able to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Graphic design a plus
