Title: Legal Analyst
Location: New York City
Our client, a leading international investment bank, is looking for a Legal Analyst for the Investment Management Division.
This candidate’s main responsibilities include coordinating new fund launches, preparing and reviewing all regulatory filings for mutual funds, negotiating third-party distribution agreements, contributing to special projects, providing support to attorneys and business partners, and identifying and resolving issues that may arise.
This candidate must have 1-3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm and thorough understanding of the investment management business. This candidate must have the ability to operate at a strategic and detailed level and have strong interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills since there will be significant interaction with senior legal and business leaders in the investment management teams.
