Senior Director - Business Process & Services
Position Summary
Reporting to the SVP Business Process & Technology, you will:
• Ensure execution & implementation of programs based on business need, program objectives,
deliverables and resources assigned complying with BP&T Policies & QA standards across the region.
• Support the regional planning & portfolio tracking across the region including the
financial LE Processes and budget and 3YP processes.

• Ensure appropriate governance & controls across the BP&T leadership team & our OpCo’s.

CRM System Implementation, IT Testing and IT Operations
• Commercially aware with the proven ability to operate, communicate and influence successfully at Senior
and Executive levels
• Strong people management skills
• Budget and planning
Experience
• Minimum of 10 Years experience leading Complex IT Programmes for multinational companies
• Ideally evidence of leading Business Process Re-engineering projects
• Skilled in managing multi-cultural teams across all geographies and business disciplines
• Managing operational and project budgets
• Experience in managing Infrastructure Network Migration, Desktop Rollout, IT Development and Testing,
IT Operations, and Business Operations
• Experienced in the planning and implementing of outsourcing/ right sourcing solutions with a focus on the
planning and management of transition and transformation phases
• Demonstrated success in customer facing roles
• Preferably strong in English & Spanish
Profile
Education: Bachelor and Masters Degrees
Experience: Relevant Program Delivery experience of 10-15 years
Outsourcing or integration projects
Service Delivery or Business Process experience
Know-How
Languages: Spanish
Travel requirements: 50%
