Marketing Manager

butter LONDON is currently seeking to fill a Marketing Manager role based in Seattle, Washington. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic marketing vision of butter LONDON. This individual will build and manage marketing plans to support the fiscal growth strategies of the company.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing marketing calendar and budget
- Developing marketing plans in various categories of business (I.e. lacquers, pedicure, slow moving, exclusive, etc.)
- Acting as overseer of brand messaging and managing brand standards and awareness
- Providing direction and recommendations relating to products, advertising, marketing, pricing, packaging, and public relations.
- Creating, managing and maintaining marketing collateral
- Partnering with internal creative teams to effectively market and maximize current product selection, new product launches and for forecasting of future products based on trends
Qualifications:
- 10 + years of marketing experience at a management level with a small to midsized personal care company
- 5+ years of marketing experience at a management level with a large personal care company
- Degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills. Multilingual a plus but not required
