Senior Product Manager | Game Design
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager in the Game Design department to join their growing team and develop next-generation mobile social gaming experiences for our users.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and external partners to deliver mobile social gaming applications
- Establish the overall vision, roadmap, budget and strategic plan for the development team
- Collaborate with product managers, artists, and engineers to deliver high quality products on time and on budget
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve exceptional results
- Work closely with Marketing, PR, Legal, and other teams to deliver games to market
- Drive studio strategy and business model, and take ownership of the roadmap
Requirements:
- 3+ years of game product management experience
- Direct experience in social and/or mobile gaming in leadership role
- Passion for creating fun, innovative and addictive user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passionate in the latest of all social gaming
- Strong quantitative analysis skills is a strong plus
- Ability to manage external art/engineering teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to grow with the company
- Excellent management skills, flexibility, and ability to handle uncertainties
- Bachelor degree from four year university
