My client, a top tier global investment bank, is looking to hire an associate in their capital adequacy team.
This position will be working in CCAR. The successful applicant will be working in close proximity to Risk, Finance, and treasury to support the execution of the firms CCAR Submission and coordinating across the various CCAR-Stakeholders to ensure consistency in methodologies, documentation and interpretation of regulatory guidance. You will be responsible to develop capital related reporting and analytics.
In this role you will also be a key partner with respect to collaboration among the global enterprise in both initiatives and ongoing process improvement
RWA Calculations and Methodologies: Calculations used for various regulatory reporting
Projection of RWAs for the IHC: used for CCAR submission
Drive technical capital evaluation of new products
Drive data strategy and automation of RWA Calculations
Develop capital adequacy analytics for senior management and regulators
Develop required documentation and controls process
Drive capital optimization strategies by partnering with management and business units.
Required background and key skills
Capital Adequacy experience with a regulated bank
Understanding of US Basel III Capital rules and technical expertise
Advanced financial analysis skills
MBA or other relevant qualification preferred
