A late stage start-up and industry leader in the Mobile Market Intelligence world specializing in Mobile, App & Big Data insights are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Manager. With an offering that covers both data and unparalleled consulting support they have developed a high profile client list with such partners as Apple, IBM, Google and McDonald's. As Enterprise Account Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the delivery of retention and growth revenue goals. Reporting directly into the Head of Account Management and under a new structure you’ll work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and close growth opportunities in key accounts. You should demonstrate a good knowledge of contract negotiations and securing complex, multi-year and user deals. The successful applicant should have experience in managing a portfolio of large enterprise clients. Knowledge of complex SaaS offerings within the Mobile, App or Analytics space is highly beneficial. Working in a small but experienced team you’ll have support and product training from day 1. The company operate in a high touch environment and you’ll have a lot of opportunities to be client facing to build relationships.
Snr Enterprise Customer Success Manager- Mobile/ App market

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year + bonus+ equ

With an offering that covers both data and unparalleled consulting support they have developed a high profile client list with such partners as Apple, IBM, Google and McDonald's. As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will manage a small portfolio of enterprise level accounts and provide timely support in ongoing trainnig & quarterly business reviews to drive adoption, engagement and value. By strategically partnering with a diverse set of stakeholders in client accounts you will utilize technical and commercial capabilities to maintain low client churn rates. The successful applicant should have experience in managing upwards of $3M annually and demonstrate knowledge of complex SaaS offerings. Working in a small but experienced team you’ll have support and product training from day 1. This turnkey position will oversee a key growth vertical and as such enterprise account handling experience is essential, with Data or Analytics knowledge preferred.
