A true disruptor in the Supply Chain Management space, this Series A funded SaaS start-up are continuing to revolutionize the way Retailers can manage processes from design through to manufacturing. With a unique offering that allows retailers of all sizes to design custom clothing lines and maintain full visibility of manufacturing timelines they have already partnered with a number of key businesses across the US and globally. As a result of their recent funding round and continued growth they are seeking a Director of Inside Sales to lead the expansion of 2 key business functions. The successful applicant will be responsible firstly for improving efficiency of an already functioning inbound sales closing function based offshore. This specific team conducts a high volume of transactional sales central to the core operations of the company. In addition, the Sales Director will work with the VP of Sales to build a new outbound BDR team focused on lead generation with mid to enterprise level clients across the US. This element is key to scaling the business in 2019 and requires someone with a strong knowledge of operational set up, defining a customer sales funnel and developing KPI’s/ Metrics to ensure scalable sales success. This role would suit a strong sales professional with a grounding in Inside Sales and strong experience in either creating or restructuring outbound lead generation functions. Within this close knit team you’ll have the support of the Revenue Leadership and strategic input to shape an important new function from day 1. As such you should be comfortable working both strategically and very hands on in this small team as you all work to create something special.
