This global multi-billion dollar technology company is seeking a Senior Sales Director to join their growing AdTech Sales team, as they continue to expand into new digital territories. Located in mid-town Manhattan and reporting into the VP, The Senior Sales Director will build new and existing business with leading AdTech companies.
As the Senior Sales Director:
This role will specifically focus on winning new business within the AdTech space, being responsible for creating, scoping and selling custom engagements and research services to address the clients' business needs.
- Research and develop a list of prospects and develop solid, strategic relationships with key decision makers at targeted AdTech accounts
- Uncover and understand the business needs and challenges of prospects; address these through business analysis, recommendations and consultation
- Scope solutions, research, and custom engagements to address these challenges by working with multiple internal analytical, product, R&D, and survey teams
- Create custom solutions to address difficult business problems with large sets of complex data
- Collaborate with client services, product management and other internal teams and oversee analytical delivery of projects when scope requires it
- 6+ years' professional experience within a similar Business Development/Sales role
- Solid experience and understanding of the Ad Tech/ Mar Tech industry, with a rolodex of key contacts is a must have
- Selling a solution or product for a consulting, strategy, analytics or a market research company is highly preferred
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
- Experience in account management, scoping and selling custom projects
- Solid analytical skills and an ability to build outstanding client relationships
- Flexibility and ability to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
