We are working with a leading company in the SaaS space, and they are looking for a Head of Sales. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategy.
- Establish and execute sales process to reach and exceed sales quota both individually and for the whole team.
- Recruit, train and incorporate new sales team members into the process.
- Find, qualify, close key prospects, guarantee effective implementation of the whole sales cycle.
- Identify & actively reach out to potential customers, and create case studies
- Build relationships with prospects & current customers to impact the future of the product.
- Collaborate with founding team, technology, and marketing departments to execute sales strategy, as they further develop current solutions and/or release new products.
- Participate in marketing and lead generating activities -- outbound and inbound
- Demonstrated track record in implementing sales process, achieving/exceeding personal and team goals.
- Experience with selling technology solutions/services (preferably SaaS) in a transactional manner.
- Understand how organizations use technology to run their business better from process, tech, and people perspective.
- Experience with calling on executives and decision makers
- Experience with enterprise/custom built software or SaaS is a bonus
- Able to figure out what needs to be done to reach goals and able to execute it.
- Past experience with SaaS solutions or with annual subscription sales model a major bonus
